Along the way I tried a lot of things. Some were a waste of money, some genuinely changed how I felt day to day. I'm only going to mention the ones that actually made a difference.

I started with my energy levels — the Energy Fizz was the first thing I tried and honestly it's what I still crave when I wake up before I exercise. I use it as a pre-workout and energy booster and it genuinely works. The Green Synergy Elixir came next and became my morning non-negotiable — energy without the afternoon crash and my digestion genuinely improved.
